At our company, we recognize that each project has unique requirements and objectives. Therefore, we do not offer a "one size fits all" pricing structure. Instead, we take the time to accurately assess the scope of the project and its functionality through initial conversations and sales calls. We strive to ensure that the best possible solutions are identified and tailored to each individual project.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We understand the significance of cashflow management in business, and strive to provide convenient payment options for our clients. Generally, we propose splitting up payments into 2-3 installments based on the scope of the project.
How do payments work?
We offer a few payment options. Generally, we require a 50% deposit (non-refundable) once the project start date is set, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. If preferred, we can also set up a payment plan with 3 or 4 installments.
How long does a typical project take?
We can work with you to develop a timeline that meets your business needs, and will do our best to accommodate your ideal launch date. To ensure we can meet your timeline, we recommend booking projects 1-2 months in advance. If you are interested in working with us, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Do you guarantee your projected timelines?
At our company, we always adhere to our projected timelines; however, there are certain occasions, such as communication/feedback issues, changes in the project's scope, or the addition of complex features, when exceptions may occur.
Am I able to add to my project scope after our initial project has started?
Depending on the nature of any changes or additions, the launch date of your project and total investment costs may be impacted if the scope of your project is increased.

Absolutely! This is a standard of ours. We have seen that most web traffic is now sourced from mobile devices, so it is essential to ensure that the website is optimized for all devices.
What is ‘COPY’?
We provide comprehensive text content management for your website, including the duplication and writing of text.
Do you take care of transferring my old content to my new site?
From copy, images, videos, portfolios and blog posts - we will handle everything.
Do you maintain the website once it is launched?
Once your site has been made live, we provide a 14 day post-launch support window to ensure any questions or issues can be addressed. Should you require additional services, we offer a range of hosting plans to choose from. For any major revisions/requests, you will be issued with an invoice. Our maintenance plans encompass a multitude of tasks, such as backup operations, report generation, content alterations, inclusion of customer feedback, inventory management, and product description modifications.
